What things do I need ?

  • • 1/4 cup butter
  • • 1/2 cup of milk
  • • 1 pinch of salt
  • • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • • 2 eggs
  • • 1/4 cup of white sugar
  • • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

How to do ?

✓ Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Pour in milk and add salt. Lower the heat and bring to the boil, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. Quickly add flour in one go. Keep stirring until the dough comes together.

✓ Remove from heat and let cool for 5 to 7 minutes. Mix the eggs with the wooden spoon until the puff pastry comes together. Spoon the dough into a piping bag with a large star point. Pipe the dough into strips directly into the air frying basket.

✓ Air the churros for 5 minutes at 340 degrees F (175 degrees C).

✓ Meanwhile, mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and pour on a shallow plate.

✓ Remove fried churros from the air fryer and roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

What things do I need ?

  • • 14 grams of giant white corn (such as Goya®)
  • • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • • 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt

How to do ?

✓ Place the corn in a large bowl, cover with water and allow to stand for 8 hours to overnight to rehydrate.

✓ Drain the corn and divide it into an even layer on a large baking sheet. Pat dry with kitchen paper. Air dry for 20 minutes.

✓ Preheat the fryer to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F).

✓ Put corn in a large bowl. Add oil and salt. Stir until evenly covered.

✓ Place corn in batches in an even layer in the basket of the air fryer. Bake for 10 minutes. Shake the basket and cook for another 10 minutes.
